Empowering International Connections
With students arriving from all over the world, many families could not attend in person. Together with Toronto Film School, we built a solution that allowed parents, friends, and supporters to join live from any country and any device, without friction.
Every key moment - from the walk across the stage to the final applause - was captured and delivered in a way that felt personal, not distant.

Seamless Technology, Zero Distraction
Behind the scenes, multiple cameras, live switching, and broadcast-grade audio were coordinated into a single, stable stream. Careful planning, testing, and redundancy meant that viewers experienced the event as one continuous, polished broadcast rather than a technical experiment.
Whether watching on a phone, laptop, or TV, the stream remained consistent, clear, and reliable.
A Graduation Shared Around the World
The livestream did more than extend the room - it expanded the community.
Promoted through digital channels, the ceremony drew viewers from different countries and time zones, all sharing the same milestone in real time.
Setting a Foundation For Future Events
This project showed what thoughtful livestreaming can do for an academic institution: increase accessibility, strengthen connections, and create a lasting digital record of key moments.
Toronto Film School now has a proven blueprint for future virtual and hybrid events - from ceremonies to workshops and showcases - with technology that supports their creativity instead of limiting it.
